Hey there. Looking for price range on . I have the only one in trades and there are none in shops. I did my homework but couldn't find anything. Help?

It comes from the which is worth 35 millions in shop search. I'll say anything under that is fair game. The average price is 6.8 millions so maybe start at around 25-20 millions and go down from there depending on the buyer.
