I don't know how you got that link, but https://subeta.net/payments.php works perfectly fine and is the link I got going through both the Cash Shop tab, and the cash shop itself.

THAT link worked for me.

the avatar.subeta is what I've always used. No clue how I started using it, just all my subeta links start with avatar for some reason.
