It shows he's still Nominated to me.

I guess someone renominated him. He did get booted though.

The line about self-fellatio is probably what got him kicked out, it's a little too much for Subeta. I would also recommend line breaks in the story. Other than that I don't think the layout is a problem. The content does shift very slightly out of place when I resize my browser.

Whole thing scrolls just a tiny bit down for me and it's annoying (1366x768, Chrome)
