I, and I think many other users, would greatly appreciate the ability to turn off forum group notifications for individual groups without having to leave them. I have two main reasons for this suggestion:

1. If I've been away from Subeta for an extended period of time, it's really tedious to scroll through ping notifications on my events sidebar to see which ones are still relevant and/or were specifically directed toward me versus those which were mass pings (such as those for Token Shop restocks).

2. I don't want to have to leave forum groups in order to stop the reception of notifications while I'm gone, because sometimes I do not know in advance how long I will be offline, and also because some groups require permission to join, in which case it would be cumbersome for both the group owner and me to have repeated requests to rejoin the group.

That is all (for now?).

I agreed with this suggestion last time it was made, and still agree! There are other times it would be handy as well, like when there are events happening and you are bombarded with kissing/dancing, etc notifications and you just want to reduce the whole mess of events.

I would love for this to happen. There are some groups that I don't want to get notifications from sometimes but I don't want to leave the group because I'll want the notifications later.
