It's been a long time coming. Really. I've waited forever to make a shop for real charms and stuff. And so here I am, a couple hours after getting my credit card, offering up custom charm commissions. Can you feel my excitement? Here's some exclamation points: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Examples As of right now, my photos have been taken using my phone, so the quality is probably not the greatest. (I'll be taking better photos this weekend for the etsy shop I've been trying to set up, so I may put some of those here.)
Clay Charms Same Charms, slightly different angle lol Shrinky Dink Charms AND Some old examples copied from an old feedback board Newest Clay Charms Cupcake Shrinky Dinks Upside Down assorted Shrinky Dinks A bit older clay charms
Those are probably the best examples I have so far. Obviously, I work best with really small things (which is weird because I have huge fingers...) but I am perfectly capable of working a little bigger. (I'll try to get a picture of the Chocobo I made- it stands at around 5 inches, give or take)
Information about Commissions
First off, I will be taking unlimited USD commissions until I feel I have too many things on my plate
Allow at least 1-2 weeks for me to finish your commission. Though most charms take me a few hours to make, I sometimes get distracted and it takes a little longer. I will message you if I cannot do your commission, or if I need a little more time.
I can make little humans out of clay, but they are hard and take more time than anything else. Blob animals, quads, and Pokemon seem to be my specialty (when not counting things such as foods and inanimate objects). (My biggest problem with humans is clothing)
I am pretty much willing to do anything: OCs, fan characters, food, etc.
Be as clear as possible with references. It's hard to edit a clay figurine that's been baked, and I simply do not have the supplies to keep remaking orders.
Clay charms are painted with acrylics and will be glazed with Sculpey Glossy Glaze. Shrinky Dinks are colored with Crayola colored pencils until I can afford Prismacolor. :)
I can make ANYTHING into a shrinky dink.
Any other questions about commissioning should be sent VIA s-mail to reduce possible clutter.
Pricing
Clay Charms run for around 4-8 dollars, depending on the complexity. Something like the Hearthstone would be around 4 dollars, and something like the Haunter would be around 6. Human characters are 8 dollars simply because they are complicated and take a lot longer to do than the other things.
Shrinky dinks go for around 3-5 dollars, again depending on complexity. Heathstone would go for around 3, Pikachu around 5.
Prices are negotiable. If you have something that is so simple it isn't worth 4 bucks, then I'm willing to haggle a little.
In terms of sp, I'd really prefer nothing under say... 15mil because these are real items and I'm trying to earn some money. :)
Payment Info
I'm financially retarded. I have a paypal account, and would prefer all payments to be done VIA Paypal.
Payment should be sent after I send you a WIP image of your commission. (A WIP for a clay charm would be an image of it before baking, and a shrinky dink WIP would be a rough sketch of your character before transferring it to the Shrinky Dink plastic)
Seeing as I just set up my paypal today, I'm a little new to the ropes. I get the gist of it, but it's all very new to me. So I'll probably have a chat with you before you send payment to make sure I'm doing everything correctly.
I probably cannot afford shipping at this time, therefore I'll be looking up shipping costs, which will be added to your total cost. If, at any point, I decide that I have enough to pay for shipping costs, I will let you know.
If i do no receive payment within a week after sending your WIP image, I will drop the commission.
Like I said, i'm kinda new to this, so any tips help a lot. I figure I gotta start somewhere and I love subeta's community sooo. :)
Flat rate boxes and envelopes cost around 5 bucks or less for US shipping (which I'd prefer), so that should be added to the total cost of your commission. Shipping elsewhere is obviously going to cost a little more, depending on where you live.

These are really nice! Good luck selling! C:
Thank you, for both the group ping and the compliment. <3 And thank you for the luck. :3
Sure :) Just wanna make sure you know that the SP slot is just for Shrinky Dink charms. If you already knew that, then cool beans, and you can post your references :)
How much for a black forest cupcake? :D
I'm hoping for at least 15mil, since it's a tangible item, but I can haggle a bit on that.
(Just sending a ping since it's been a few days)
