Making a ticket is probably your best bet.

Joined: Tuesday June 10th Bear in mind it's right up to the minute that you joined, example: if you joined at 10pm Subeta time, it will be at 10pm Subeta time.

Your anniversary happens the very day/hour/minute you've joined Subeta. Once that happens you'll be 4 years and can get your Loyalty box.

So basically just keep checking at random intervals since I can't remember the exact time...Thanks everybody =)
