is the number of books that your pet read supposed to correspond with their intelligence? cuz my pet has read 500 books but has 499 intelligence. if that's not how it works, then how does it work?

I always thought that each book gave one intelligence point, in which case, the numbers should correspond. However, I just looked at my pets intelligence and it is 73, though he's only read 72 books, so... I have no idea. o.o

Could a point have been taken away by a RE/Zapper/Ect?

I know you can gain them that way, and am PRETTY sure you can loose them but not 100%

I didn't know you could lose points. o.o I always knew you could gain them though.

Edit: Oh, I totally forgot about this. I looked it up and you CAN lose intelligence by kicking the Gym Machine. Perhaps that's what happened to you?
