No, you got hexed during trick or treating. Zombie infections only show up during Survival Celebration (mid-February) :)

I got hexed over an hour ago when I trick or treated. I went to the zapper and it didn't change

Well that's longer than usual, but that might be just bad luck. Zapper doesn't cure hexes but Healer should show you what's underneath.

it happened to me, sometimes the hex lasts more than 2 hours but don't worry :) it's not permanent

I've looked through the list of hexes on the Subeta Wikia, and you don't appear to be wearing a hex now.

it's a zap. you need + + and turn them into (the cure) at asmodeus' lab. you'll get the base for free when you go there because of the zap.
