My mother subscribed to the news paper. But with her subscription, she got a blackberry playbook. Omg. It is amazing, I'm on it right now, and I have to say. My dad has an iPad and I like this one a lot more. I just hope I can buy my own someday, but I am broke at the moment.

My good news is the fact that I got an A+ in one of my classes this term, and it was a class that both the instructor AND all the students thought was difficult. Also, I was the only woman in the class. Not that it really matters, but I am in a male-dominated field, and the other women in the class all dropped out...So I am feeling pretty rad.

Tonight my parents had a little family party for my wedding that was a few months ago and a few people gave me cards, with money, and it added up to almost the exact amount I lost by missing work for a week to go on this vacation to visit them. So I'm pretty happy, very happy. Best vacation in a while.

Nope, just by subscribing. With a credit card, about $16/month, for 3 years... haha.

Yes, it is pretty cool. What the both of us have learned - 16gb is NOT much for tablets, bahaha.

i just found out this morning that i am officially number 1 in my class!!!!!!! :D the person who was ahead of me got a GPA that was .02 points less than mine, making me the top student in my class with a 5.04 GPA! all of my hard work this year finally paid off :')

Wow, congrats! I knew one could get a fraction over a 4.0 GPA, but I didn't know a 5.x was attainable!

Awesome. I wish I had time to take more English classes; they're so interesting! And I am just finishing my 3rd year. What about you?

the record for our school district is a 6.57 (crazy i know!!!). our high school adds a .04 weight for ap/dual enrollment classes and a .02 weight for honors, so if someone get's all A's and has a lot of harder, upper-level classes, it's easy to rack up GPA points. i didn't think i'd hit past 5 entering my senior year!!!

and congrats on passing your class with an A+! out of curiosity, what's it like being a computer science major (like classes, courseload, stuff you do, etc)? it's one of my choices as a major

My birthday was last Tuesday, and I celebrated it on Friday. A load of birthday cards appeared in my mail with monies; I went to the mall a few days ago. This week was very enjoyable. :)

i want one of those playbooks. ;n; they seem so awesome and amazing to just goof off on.

nothing really exciting has happened on my end, aside from saying at my friends house and us bonding over screaming for hours while we played silent hill 3. god i hate silent hill now, though.

I did not know was possible. Congrats, though!! I'm also the top of my class, along with several other people. 4.0 gpa. I was a freshman. I'm not looking forward to academics though for reasons.

Anyway, you deserve it if you worked hard.

They're pretty cool, I gotta say x] I'm not much of a scary-games fan, at least, not when I'm the one playing them. xD

What's funny is that as much as I love writing, I am so paranoid that my writing totally sucks. So the least I could do is write a self help book about Asperger's Syndrome. I've made tons of progress since the diagnosis when I was 7. :)
