alchemy level and Skill points

I've made a few things here and there at the Alchove over in the Underground but I noticed that the skill points never change when I make something. Why is this?

- no one has yet increased levels. We don't know if its a glitch, or something will be triggered later in the plot. This thread discusses everything that has been tried to increase levels (and failed), its a pretty good resource and I've been keeping an eye on it to see when/if increasing levels gets figured out.
