There are some items I have No Idea what to make of them. (most of the Tiles are like that for me)
Rather than leaving behind totally wrong tags, or making a bad stab at it, I'd like to have a pass. That would be 1000sP that I really didn't earn.
you can have a look to the already suggested tags or to subetalodge :)

@ofelia that is true. I find it somewhat unsatisfactory to do this, because it wouldn't really be "me" tagging it, which I think is the point of this exercise. If Subeta doesn't care, then I don't, but I don't know that they don't. Also, maybe because the items also flummox other people, I'm encountering items what have no other suggested tags.
I read that refreshing the page also changes the item if you really want to do it the hard way

i too have encountered untagged items but if you pass an item what is the point of this excercise ? If you are judging an item without any aid or knowing what the item is for , the tags is based solely on how you see it . Since taging just begin a lot of items have been tagged by one or two users only . Given time out of the pool of tags given to an item the most similar affecting keywords are selected .
I think the point of the exercise is to allow people to find things faster. If I put in a tag that would seem to be clearly wrong to someone who knows what kind of thing they are looking for, then it won't be helpful. If the item is ambiguous to more than one person, it's been shown that people follow along. My error then gets magnified.
It's a librarian dmoz problem, and there's a reason they try to get people who are already skilled at reference when they make their Open Directory.
If you don't insert any tag and press enter it'll move to another item without giving you the 1000 sP, and it's basically the same as clicking an "I pass" button =)
As has been said, if you just refresh the page you can get a new item to tag.
No. If you refresh, you get a new item to tag.

I'd rather like a way to be able to flag a clearly incorrect tag that someone else has left. (Probably too much to ask, though.)
For instance, someone used "green" when the item was clearly, solidly blue.
Wait a minute, how do you tag items? o.o
