I took a break from Subeta for a while but I have been back for a couple of days and I have noticed that on your profile you can only see a bit of your pet through a headshot square. Is there any way to get rid of it as I preferred just seeing the whole pet instead of a little piece.

i could have sworn it was optional, but i can't find a way to get rid of it. i do know however that even if i'm wrong you can change it using what's called pet buttons. and you can have them just be a small image of the pet like before if you like. to find out more info on pet buttons please go to the profiles and graphics discussion and/or market sections of the forums. :)

Go to edit profile and click the little edit icon next to your pets section. It'll have a section labeled "Show Headshot" - set that to no and it'll show your full pet images c:
