They used to be given by RE but, since the Omen Island Plot, they were removed.

Pieces are overly inflated (I paid 3.5M for a set) and, considering that we have weekend quests that can only be accessed if you have the map, I feel like more should be put into circulation.

It would be nice to have them back into REs just because the prices for the pieces are getting quite out of hand and will probably only continue to go up. I guess the RE being retired explains why I have never gotten the RE in my time on Subeta ever.

It seems like the staff are trying to make the site easier for newbies lately, so I think doing this would make sense. Completing maps is one of those basic newbie things that are intriguing and fun, but if the maps are ridiculously inflated, it just becomes overwhelming. Besides, random events are nice to get, and we really don't have a lot of them.

I wasn't even aware that you could acquire these map pieces through REs'.

I got a piece of an Uncharted Land Map somehow, don't remember how I got it. Might have been from RE but I might be wrong. but anyways, I agree with this suggestion

Drunk Carl, I believe, was a weekend quest once or twice.

I know during the Omen Island war, they were ridiculously cheap, but that was years ago, and I've heard some pieces are selling for 10 mil+. (haven't checked myself). Yes, 10 mil isn't an obscene amount on subeta, but it seems like access to the island isn't worth what the map is going for now.

If it's true I'm all for it, whole map costs roughly 20mln atm and it's slowly getting... not funny. There are only 6 [item=uncharted land map piece ] left in shops/trades and a few dozen in misc galleries, so after they all sell no one else will have access? x/

I got [item=Uncharted Land Map Piece ] through an RE just a couple of days ago :/ Maybe they just started it up again?

I bought my set for about... maybe around 15-20m? LOL.

I was just about to post this. At the moment that ONE PIECE is 20 million, which is more than I used to charge for three entire sets back when I sold them! Keith, please up the Uncharted frequency (if you haven't already), or do like you did the one time awhile back and heavily increase it for a few days or a weekend; I've only gotten regular map pieces for many months now.
