Nice work! I'm going to move this to art discussion, as this seems more like artwork than a generalized craft. :]
I agree with you it really is nice :D
I really like it!! Most of the time I do not like graffiti but I like your style!! Here where I live we have alots of graffiti but that is so ugly haha XD
Thank you. :D There's a fine line between graffiti and vandalism/vandalism and street art. I dance along that line. Ugly graffiti could be just a bunch of tags.
I never knew that! I just thought they where diffrent styles of each person... Now I think about it most of the graffiti here is just vandalism :S
OMG Yes! Haha wish I was that good.
What do you guys think?
Graffiti is awesome, please stick with it! I wish there was more of it in the world, I know some people really don't like it but I think when it's done artistically it can make even the ugliest part of town worth looking at. You're doing great, what kind of spray paint do you use? I dabbled with it a little last summer but my cans kept clogging up and it drove me insane. :/
I use Montana Black Line. I love the wide color variety and it handles really well. I recently purchased five cans of 94 MTN (the ones made in Spain)---in my opinion they don't handle as well as the Blackline, so I use em for tagging and throw-ups.
No lie, yesterday I was doing a piece for Valentines day and then half way through my skinny cap decides to clog! I've got no time to go back and get another so I just left the piece half done---the good news is that it's in a place where I know it'll stay for a long time so no worries. Below are some links to some really good paints, try them all: Ironlak, good for pieces Montana Blackline, for all around graffiti! 94mtn, another good one. This one's got low pressure, so it disperses less paint for maximum coverage. ">Montana Gold Line, for artists---not really for writers, but hey I'm not one to make a difference.
Thank you so much! :) I think I'll give Blackline a try, the vibrant colors have always been my favorite part of street art and I like having a lot to choose from.
It's pretty good :) We did signs like this at school for enterprise day once, good fun.
We did stuff like this in art class lol We had a cool teacher
Our teacher would never let us loose with spray cans lol xD Our art teacher is a little... odd. She's obsessed with the crayon yellow ochre. EVERYTHING needs yellow ochre in it, whatever it is, she always tells you to use it O_o
We spraypainted are names on giant poster boards with like glitter spray paint and stuff it was fun but the smell made me light headed
Ah cool! :D We did signs for each subject, the science one was quite good tbf :)
