How to make your pet Aeanoid?

I really want to make my pet Aeanoid, but I have no idea how. Please help?

Aeanoid: This pet specie is created by growing an Aeanoid Seed in the Gardens at Veta Lake. Once it is finished, it will attack your active pet and transform it into an Aeanoid.

There's more in the FAQ, which talks about other ways to change your pet, such as using Miracle Potion II.

You can also try zapping it with either of the pet zappers (which could take a long time) or you can use a Miracle Potion II, which will change your pet's species but not color.

I was under the impression that the zappers wouldn't give Aeanoids?

I'm not entirely sure on that, I don't use the zappers often myself. I just read the FAQ stickied board.
