I would love to have either of Hitman and Raith (Moreso Hitman).

I plan to train him and use him to battle. You can check out my other pets to see that I train pretty rigorously (esp since its now summer and I have more time), but I would love to have a higher statted pet so that I will be fight those higher level opponents sooner. (Though I know there is a 30 day wait time)

I understand that your friends come first, but I would love it if you would consider me.

Just send me a buddy request and I can send you him as long as you have room. Just bare in mind that in order to battle with him you need to wait 30 days, it's one of those downsides to transferring pets.
