the messages attached to the last gifts were of a crush confessional nature :c and i can deal with it if its one of my friends or something but if this is someone i dont even know. whose stalking my wl and stuff this hard it's making me feel uncomfortable. i'm a very jittery person by nature who keeps a wide personal space. i don't accept gifts easily :c.

Do you have the "accept gifts from friends only" enabled? If it's not one of your friends then the gifts will stop if you select that option. But if they continue then you'd know it's a friend.
