Profile works on my pet and not the commissioners.

So recently somebody asked me to code a profile for them and it worked perfectly fine on my profile but when I gave them the code it broke on their end. They pasted their pet description box in Evernote for me and I copy pasted it into my profile again to make sure there weren't any changes, but still it works on my profile and not theirs and I don't know why.
can anybody tell me what the problem is between the codes? Thanks!
- Emblazoned's page has a couple extra characters in the CSS section. It's some kind of character encoding issue, like something got garbled when you sent it to them.

Ah thank you, I'll go talk to her about that. I'm not getting those symbols when I look at her page source or anything so I probably wouldn't have noticed them.
I'll tell her to remove the div bracket too and see if that helps! Thank you!

Their pet profile still isn't working it looks like, and I just checked yeah the closing tag wasn't from the actual pet description code but the normal pages coding I think.
Same issue as before. There's something about the way you're transferring it or the way they're saving it that throws some extra stuff in there.

Thank you so much for that. I really appreciate you going through the trouble to help me out with that because I've never ad a problem transferring profiles like that before! I always feel so helpless trying to give coding advice to other people when I don't have the editable textbox in front of me.
