I want a glacier ghostly, a reborn kumos, and a darkmatter feli. My question is if I should save up for the potions or zap them in the pet zapper and keep trying until I get one of those. The thing is I don't want to change my pets gender, because I don't have any sex berries, so I couldn't change it back to the gender I like. Any suggestions?

You could always zap until you get something you like and then pay for a sex berry if the pet is the wrong gender. It might be cheaper to do that, but there is no guarantee that you will get what you desire. Perhaps you should zap and save?
