1. Do we get more quests from Bubbles at any point, or is five the maximum?

2. Is there a time limit on using the vials? As in, do I have to pick one before a certain time to be able to pick one at all? I really don't want to miss out because I waited too long, but I have to go to bed rightnow D:

This element just came out. We don't really have insight. I'd suggest you check the blue banners that the staff keeps putting up - one of them has a link to a topic that at least gives some information, and I suppose "disease tracking", for the vials. But mostly, I don't think there ARE answers to your questions, just yet.
