I feel like the job agency really doesn't get enough love in terms of achievements. If you want it to become a more prominent part of the site, then users need to have some encouragement.

In terms of the achievement side of things, we could create tiered achievements relating to how much income you have collected, or how long your pet has been at the top position at a company.

Take my pet Elyviia, who has earned over 6mil sp at her Lakeview Resort job. She has also held the top position of Hotel Chain Owner for over a year and a half (589 days).

There could also be achievements for holding multiple top positions at different places of work (3+, 5+, etc). This would definitely be more time consuming, as each job requires a day or two between promotions. Or, a having a pet who has worked everywhere could earn you a "Busy Bee" / "Minimum Wage" forum title.

Obviously, pets with higher intelligence/tiers would be more rewarded, but, I don't see how that is a bad thing. Just please! Please, please, please!

(and as a side note, there could be so many more features in the Job Agency. Like, if your pet is head honcho at the Lakeview Resort, then your pets get a discount when booking. Or, if you manage Minions Market, they you as a user, get a minor store discount. Or, reducing the time needed to train a pet or giving said pet a battle perk if it works at Weapons Warehouse.)

I have to say, these are really great ideas. I had a look and there are only three achievements pertaining to the Job Agency right now: Get a Job, SAI Worker, and Promotion. Promotion is a tiered achievement, but it only goes up to fifteen. If someone had a lot of pets that were all employed, chances are, they already have the top tier. I think that particular achievement could get a few more tiers, and the prize for making it to the top tier would be a title like "Venusaur climbed the corporate ladder" or "Venusaur made it to the top" etc. Sometimes I need a little motivation to work for promotions, even with the increased sP. As somebody who loves to get achievements, this would definitely appeal to me.

Anything to make the Job Agency more interesting is good in my book.

I love these ideas. I just recently became interested in the Job Agency but there really isn't much to it - I would love to see achievements and benefits of having your pets employed aside from the sP!
