I dumped loads of items in my shop for hoarder achievement but now I want to take them all out again to get some clothes on.I posted in bugs forum about how many items I have in there and that I got the achievement which is not showing up on the page. So what I would like to know would it be ok to take them out now to get dressed

It's probably better to just wait until the achievement is added. I'd recommend just buying a super cheap outfit and wearing that. There are some really inexpensive wears on site.
