Carl is utterly random... sheer luck to get anything decent from him. Not sure about Drills though, haven't bothered with him in months.

I just got SQ from Carl... I was actually going to make a forum asking if that was normal... Apparently so...

I'm still doing my daily quests. Only down to Carl so far. I'll do Drills later but I haven't gotten there yet. I can let you know if I discover something.

Carl is definitely still working properly. He passed out three times for me today. 2 Elixirs and a Color Swatch. It was the first time he's passed out for me in a few days so you just have to be patient with him. C:

As for Drills, there still haven't been any updates.

There's a thread in Problems & Bugs about Major Drills (here) and the latest update was earlier this month. Updates will be posted there, but for now Drills is officially still not giving out any good prizes.

Oh, I thought I was just unlucky... I used to get 1 retired CS item (almost) everyday doing Drills, and got nothing for 5 or more days
