Well, im trying to talk a friend through signing up, and she is having trouble making a character.

Im not sure what to do, since she said its not loading at all.

Is there a certain browser you need to use?

This has been brought to attention here as well. says:

Even though she is not able to select things for her human avatar during the account registration process, she should be able to continue with creating her account by clicking on the "Continue to step 2/3!" at the bottom of the page to finish the account registration. Then after her account has been created and she is in her account, she can then change and dress her human avatar.

Well that's not good, hopefully someone will come along that will know what to do about that. It's been a long time since i've signed up and I don't remember the whole process. I wish I could be more helpful.
