Neko Ears

Size Big, and poofy. Sizing like the first image here: [x] Colouring Black or dark grey for the main part, soemthing like this for the inner: XXXXXX, and maybe a little white fluff from the inner ear?

Ribbon Headband - This one will have the intention of layering on top of the neko ears so create something similar to a RL pair I used to own: - is this possible? REF (not including bells).

Colours Something similar to this. Pattern Either a solid colour like above, or polka dotted. The above colour with white spots, or white with the above colour spots.

I can do both, though for the second one did you want the ears on it? Or just ribbons? I would prefer USD - lmk if you're interested and I can give you a price ^^
