my friend feed shows that i received the shell shocked achievement twice & i checked my inventory to find that i have 2 game prizes (The Book of Shells). what should i do with the extra prize, is it safe to keep or delete it?

You should submit a ticket (contact us link at the bottom of most pages), and ask them if you should delete it. That way there is a record of what happened and what you did about it.

you should fill a ticket to make sure. most probably staff will ask you to delete the extra.
