I know that normal skin colours aren't allowed for zombies, really, because of what we are. However, the Tanning Salon offers colours that aren't normal or natural. They're fun, funky colours that I feel anyone, human or zombie, should be able to use. We have a few different coloured skins on here, excluding the Genetech skin and Peri dish, (the skin from the Corpse Bride trunk, the couple of ones from Esther's, the beast skin, zapper skins), that aren't "human coloured" so why not the Salon? It'd give us a human base, similar to the skins that we already have on here but not human coloured. There have been a few times where I've wanted a purple or pink or orange or whatever colour base depending on the HA that I'm making but can't access the salon because I'm a zombie. It'd be pointless to bring removable skins out that are the same colour because it'd make the Tanning Salon obsolete.

Then there could be a feature in the Salon where we could revert back to normal, just like in the Hair salon.

Please let everyone use the Salon?

In my opinion no way.

There are plenty of full body cover ups zombies can use. Just because the tanning salons don't look human isnt a reason why zombies should be able to use it.

What? No way. Part of being a zombie is the trade-off that you can't have a normal skin anymore, even if it's oddly coloured.

Barnankles | Bindi Bite | Blistered Hearts | Boobitis | Butterfly Bruise | Clusterflux | Crack Head | Crystalitis | Death Roe | Doom Bloom | Eau de Ceased | Fevermore | Freckle Fever | Love Bug | Metalmorphosis | Muerte Fuerte | Naked Mole Wrath | Naughty Nip | Pinkie Patch | Sickura | The Vapors | Virus (Classic) | Yggdrakill My HA and I are male.

No.

Part of being a zombie is the skin. If you want to use the salon, you can, you simply must heal yourself.

I...why? Isn't the point of being a zombie to show off that cool zombie skin? No support.

There are colored coverups that can replicate this effect, and if more colors of human-looking skin are desired, maybe suggesting alternate coverup colors is an option.

If we're talking about coloring the zombie skins themselves (not entirely sure from the OP which we're talking about), not only would it be a lot of work for the artists to do on behalf of a pretty small subset of the Subetan population, part of the point of having some of these skins is the color itself.

What's the fun of having a Pinkie Pie zombie face if every other zombie strain could be pink too?

No. There are times, as a zombie, that i've wanted to colour my skin, but I've made do. If you want to be able to colour your skin, stock up on the Vials Bubbles handed out. That way, you can cure, paint your skin, take a vial to be a zombie again for awhile. Even if you have to renew the vial every few weeks, they're cheap enough to do that. Its all about choices.

Uh, no? You already stated that zombies have a bunch of options for covering up, and wanting to use the outdated funky colored skin bases is asking too much imo.

The tanning salon gives humans funky colored spray tans from what I understand, so technically if a zombie were to receive a spray tan it would just cover all of your rotting flesh in that one specific color. While I now find that this sounds like some sort of amusing compromise, the artists really shouldn't have to go through all that work overlaying each color for the different strains.

I'm a cover-up zombie and I don't support this, for the reasons everyone else said. Sorry.

Yeah, I support more colored coverups (either full or partial, either single color or multicolored) and more items like spikes, tentacles, fake teeth, etc. Some of the vials looked incredible when layered over older strains XD Other body/face items along that line could definitely bring a lot of potential for zombies to make even more out of their actual skin and/or allow for different types of "creepy" looks (devils, orange morostide monsters, etc) ^_^

(Some examples of partial stuff would be the gaping makeups and the dark cloud spikes; examples of colored coverups are the forgotten bride's and the two sold on Esther's shop, which are green and multicolored.)

I don't think the actual salon would work for zombies in special, though. I do support the salon getting more colors (preferably a wheel!) and human skins getting 'fixed' overall (I think skins 8 and 9 are the same or something like that), but that's a whole another request.

But zombies CAN use the tanning salon. I used it to help with my Battle of the Bands HA. It does what it says it does it tans/changes the color of your skin. Allowing it to recreate an HA base would just be nonsensical. You'd then have to create another sort of base layer like the human layer and the zombie layer and seperate it and it's too much work for something that shouldn't exist in the way you want it anyway.

It feels like forever since I've seen someone complain about wanting the zombie benefits without wanting the zombie HA. Zombies naturally have their base HA skin and then their zombie layer above it at all times. What you're asking for is for that to be reversed and that makes entirely no sense at all. So even if you want what you want without it being reversed you're then thinking of items or zapper skins and you can totally make a topic for those. In my opinion I think zapper skins fit what you want perfectly. They add yet another layer on top of the human and zombie base, I believe, and some are incredibly easy to work with in creating a decent human-ish HA, without creating the full effect of a human that some gave up their unlivingness for.

You can't have your cake and eat it too when it comes to something like this. I'm a zombie and believe me my strain is not easy to cover up, but I manage just fine.

Either you want to be a zombie with all the benefits of being one or you want to be a normal human without zombie access. There's lots of options out there for covering up, I don't support this.

As a Subetan with both a zombie disease (which still shows as a broken image :() and a zapper skin, I don't see any benefit to this. There's loads of coverups that can be used, to cover the zombieness entirely, and either look vaguely human, or have some un-human colouring:

To me, part of the fun of being a zombie, is the challenge of trying to look human - that shouldn't be any easier at all.

you can use the tanning salon. i'll go ahead and prove it, as you can see, i'm a 2010 zombie. however depending on your disease you will see it or not. i am not sure what you're asking for, so i can't say 'yes' nor 'no'

I've always been able to change my skin with the tanning salon. Some strains show bits of human skin, and the color will show underneath, like when you're altering your tan. But you can't change the color of the zombie layer, that wouldn't make any sense

That doesn't make any sense...

While there are some zombie skins that show enough human skin to allow tanning, for the ones that don't it's because they don't... have skin. It wouldn't make sense that they could tan it.

If you're looking for more cover up options, maybe. But not using the tanning salon.

I will love you forever if you trade me:
