Hi my name is Kopo and um I need help with art pricing?

I want to take commissions and I tend to do traditional art [pen and prismacolor pencil]. I'm currently working on getting a decent art program for digital work.

I actually like your style, personally! Traditional art tends to go for considerably cheaper, as far as I've seen, but I would say.. Probably somewhere in the range of 3-5milsp for something like the scanned piece you have up. It's really lovely.

My advice is this- Stay away from pens a bit. The little dots of ink it leaves in your sketchier style of lines is really distracting from the overall look of your work, and I feel like it brings down the quality a little bit. A good replacement would be experimentation with pencils; my favourite thickness is .5 lead for lines.

As far as an art program, I really suggest Sai. If nothing else, when you download the program it comes with a free month trial, so it can help you get an idea of how everything works.
