Have him make his account first, make a ticket regarding the shared computer with both of your usernames. Do NOT make notes on the accounts yourselves, staff won't read them thus the reason for the ticket. Also if you guys want to give gifts for holidays, birthdays or any reason you'll need to make a ticket and get permission first otherwise they may see it as multi accounts and end up frozen.

You don't need to get permission to give gifts. Just be careful with it, don't do a lot of one way gifting or it will look like multiple accounts, but that's not the only reason staff would suspect you of that.
