You've found a bug that is affecting the way that you play Subeta, and you want to report it, great! We really appreciate your help and this helps us make the site the best it can be by improving broken features. So please follow these guidelines, and we'll be on an awesome quest to better the site together. :)

1. Make sure that someone else hasn't made a topic about this bug already. Check this forum and the subforums. If someone else has made a topic, feel free to post there and say that you are also experiencing it!

2. Take time with your report! The more information you provide, the easier it will be for us to replicate the bug, and (hopefully) fix it as quickly as possible. Here is some information you should include with your report:

• What of operating system you are using. This would be OS X (10.5/.6.7) for you mac users, or Windows (XP/Vista/7/8) for PC users.
• The page you found this bug on. Telling us "explore/vanya.php/quest" is much more helpful than just saying "on the vanya page". The more information, the better!
• What you were trying to do when you got the error or experienced the bug. Again, there is no such thing as too much information. "I was trying to use Vanya" isn't nearly as good as "I was on the second step of completing a quest with Vanya where you turn in the items to make the wooden malarchy and I got a MySQL error with the following text:"

3. Don't post dangerous bugs/glitches here. If you've found a way to duplicate items, delete user information, or dangerous things like that, please make a ticket and it will be handled as quickly as possible!

And then you post it! We take a look, and either reply right on that board and (hopefully) fix it right away and lock it. Even if we don't post on it, just moving it there is communication that we are aware of the problem and are working to fix it!
