It's a prize you get from maleria's quests. It changes your eyeball color to a fuchsia pink.... really cute. But for the life of me I can't remember what it's called.

Do you mean this ? It's the only pink eye item related to maleria I could find, but it's not from her quest, it's from defeating her familiar in the battle coliseum.
