How do I do that?

At the Gift Center (located in the Arctic Frost), you can wrap gifts to send to others. Once you choose a wrapping paper, or choose the random option, you'll be taken to a page where you choose what to send, and have the option to add a little message. Under the message box, there's a square that you can check to send the gift anonymously.
