I just filled my whole Loyalty Card and was wondering if you got more than one after you fill it up. I made a ticket asking and apparently you don't. It'd be nice if you got two cards each rounds making the items a little more obtainable in user shops for those players that can't buy CSC with actual money. They'd still keep most of their value but make it a little less expensive for the general user population to buy these items.

Considering they are incentives to encourage people to buy CSC you would think multiples would have been implimented from the start.
agreed. I don't understand the 1 card-per-round thing at all. We want you to buy CSC, but by the way, we're only going to give you one set of rewards...>_>

This makes me worry about how long each card will remain available :/ I always thought they'd be up for several months, so people could work at their own pace, but... if multiples weren't considered, then I'm definitely afraid it'll be like one per month or something like that :c
I support this. I doubt I'll finish the card, considering I haven't even started it yet. MOAR CARDS = MOAR ITEMS = MOAR CHANCE TO BUY ITEMS
I support this as well. Frankly I think there should be no limits on the cards. If you fill one then it should be able to move to a new one.
I agree on multiple cards. It discourages me from buying any more than $100 if everything past that is not rewarded. I know they don't have to give us any rewards at all, but it just seems like it would make more sense to encourage continued spending past that $100 mark by continuing to reward that behavior. If the cards will be there for months at a time...that's going to add up to a lot of unrewarded csc purchases for me personally.

Agreed! I don't even think there should be just two of them, just keep them coming as long as people are spending their money, which should be the whole point? If it stays just to one card, I'll likely only spend 40 more dollars to get a full card and then wait for a completely new card/prizes. If there's more, I'll get another 50 dollar to start the same card again! It would also help to get some more of the prize items out there.

You only had one bobblehead collection to fill, meaning that you got the items once and that's it.
The same should go for the cards.
It's a totally different system though. Bobbleheads could be bought with sp to fill up the collection (and they were given out with every purchase), only direct cash purchases will fill up the cards.
And I don't see why you need more than one of each item, tbh.
Some things really are better in limited quantities and it's good to have cash shop rewards being, actual rewards and not being worthless because it's infinite and some people have lots of disposable income.
It's not as interesting to me to turn this into yet-another-infinite-supply-of-something. One per account is fine.
Multiples were definitely considered, and we're still looking at options. We're tracking the metrics on this system to see how many people fill their cards, how quickly they fill them, what the items end up being priced for in shops, etc., so we can adjust as we move forward. We won't make any changes without ample warning, but there is definitely thought behind starting it out this way, and seeing what happens, so to speak. :)
why would someone need more than one of each reward item? Well, how about for pet TCs if it is also a wearable? Or maybe so people who cannot spend real money on csc would still be able to purchase the items from users who had multiples? Or maybe because someone really likes one of the reward item and wants to have multiples of it? Maybe someone wants to give one of the prizes as a gift but also wants that same item for themself? I find the lizard minion stuck in a bauble item hilarious and have a whole bunch stashed in various places on my account because I smile whenever I see the item...maybe that is how a user (or many users) feel about one or more of these prize items. Really though, what harm would it do to be rewarded beyond the $100 mark by having your card reset? It would lower the price being charged in user shops for these items, but that isn't such a terrible thing and people could choose to not resell the items if they felt the user shop price was too low. Also, comparing these to the bobbleheads is very much an apple to orange kind of comparison as bobbleheads were given out for every item bought from the the cash shop, so they were much more plentiful and users could very feasibly have each bobblehead while spending only sP. The reward card prizes are a one time prize currently so people are much less likely to sell them knowing they will never have the possibility of getting that same reward again. At least with the bobbleheads, you had the chance of getting that rare one again each time you purchased something from the cash shop.

I don't think anything is wrong with the one card per account at all but I definitely wouldn't mind there being SET amounts of time for each card to last with overlappings. Like, say.. every 6 months a card is retired with a new card being released every 3 months, so you have two running at all times and the first card has to be filled/retired before you can start on the second card.
And if you fill up more than two in a course of 3 months then frankly you're doing something with it (boosting, pet slots, CWs, etc) and you don't actually need any 'incentives' to actually give money to the site xD;
I also wouldn't mind there being a coupon code or if it's possible a buy-one-get-one-free coupon (like if you buy two collection items one would be free) at the end of each card. I mean a lot of times the stamp cards end with something to that effect (I don't REQUIRE one but, I would like one y'know) (I'd also like a ferarri though, so that means nothing). Actually if it were at all possible I'd really love the BOGO coupon or something like 50% off one single cash shop item (like the cart would error on you if you had more than one item or something). That would be awesomeee.
If you need multiples, buy multiples from other people. If you can't find any, well, it sucks, but it applies to a lot of things. If I wanted two tridents, I couldn't complete the collection twice, I had to buy another trident from someone else.
Multiples make sense with this method. When you get those punch cards for restaurants or whatever you get to start filling another one out once you've completed you're previous one and there doesn't tend to be a limit. When you limit the advantages for loyalty you limit the amount of customers.
Plus, I won't deny that I know if multiples were added some people would probably be able to get 10 of the items and I really want to be able to afford some of the new loyalty items. :P

I see where the bobblehead collection comparison is going, but unless we get to sell stamps like we sold bobbles... it's not quite the same thing imo. Some purchases are going "unrewarded", which technically didn't happen before. (ok let's ignore how cheap some bobbles were x_X)
(Note: I don't think we'd need infinite cards attached to accounts, two cards isn't really a big stretch.) Tbh, I don't need more than one of each item, but I'm also a hoarder so none of mines are likely to hit the market.
I don't know if it's as much as incentivizing people to spend as it is to reward people when they spend, but either way I'll have to agree people don't have to be rewarded for everything they do (especially when they're doing it with a set idea of moving forward quickly on the game, etc). I guess that's up for staff to think where they want to go with the rewards system x:
Loving 's suggestions of having two different cards overlap (at this pace, I'm also curious to know how long cards will take before they retire - I think I'd personally hope for some 6 months, which is $15? per month) and a potential discount bonus when you finish a card.
I'm with about having overlapping time periods for cards. I'll have no problem filling one card at this point in time, if there's not something for a reward for a time period in between filling my card, and the next one being released, I'll just be waiting to buy CSC. If I'm going to buy anyway, I'd prefer it count towards my next card, since I know it's coming (even though it's just really nice to have this system in place at all).
