How do I get to it?

You have to collect all nine pieces of the Uncharted Land Map and go to the treasure maps area to complete it. The map pieces are pretty pricey these days, though.

You can obtain the map pieces through Random Events or purchase/trade from other users. A full map costs tens of millions of sP to complete though.
