sometimes I get doubled stuff while buying in main shops, just a minute ago I bought shoes in Subeautique and found two pair of them in my inventory - deleted one of them, because I did not watch if I paid for one or for two. But even if I did, its not working right.
Also I get a lot of messages like "you are not on a quest", "failed to move item to...", "you don't have that item..."
Also found several items 2-6 times in my wishlist - just clicked on time on them.

If you received multiple copies of an item you were only attempting to purchase one of, please file a ticket so a UA can assist you.
Programmers are looking into ways to prevent this from happening in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and will keep you updated!

Ok this has been a problem with my account for over a year now and I'm so fed up of it.
I've talked to staff members when I've filed a report but all they can do or say is sorry and give me back my currency and remove the duplicated items.
Basically I buy something, doesn't matter what shop it is or which currency I use, it gets "bought" twice or more! And I'm charged for it too! The only exception is when I buy from a user shop or trades.
I've stopped using the hustler because I get charged twice. I barely use CSC because I get charged twice.
I am sick of this and it's making it hard for me to stay on site.
What makes it worse is that this doesn't seem to happen to anyone else!
It's my account, I can use my tablet, my laptop, the computer at the library... This happens all the time and the first time I reported it, the staff member who dealt with it was rather rude and implied it was MY mistake.
I can't buy out of the menagerie because my trinkets get used up and I get the item twice when I just want it once!

Basically what it says in the title.
When I buy from a number of shops (seems to be mainly the ones with the new layout) I end up with two of the item in question instead of just one.
This affects (but is not limited to):
- the Quest Shop
- Subeautique Makeup
- the Blue Building Shop
- the Cash Shop Boutique (not using the cart)
- L'amours Parlour and basically every other event shop that doesn't have a timer.
Note that I am not actually losing any currency/getting more items than I pay for. I pay for and get 2 items. This is not a huge deal when it comes to shops that take sP, but not every currency is as easy to come by.
I am on Windows 7 and it happens in both Chrome and Firefox.

I'm not quite sure. I feel like I've tried every possible way of buying and leaving the buying page I can think of. Opening a new tab by using the middle button on the mouse, regular clicking on the button, cliking the back button, clicking the inventory button, just closing the tab again... The only thing I've noticed (and I only thought of trying this yesterday) is that if I hit the backspace button really quick, before allowing the buying page to fully load I only get one item. But that's not really a reliable solution. So somehow a script must not be ending correctly or something.
I have been wondering if this is related to my issues with the Mystery Box (item price on front page doesn't match in any way the item gotten) but I still seem to be the only one with that issue so maybe not.
This has been happening to me for over a year...and I'll be damned if a UA (they've always been super nice when I've had to file a ticket!) is going to tell me it's my fault! In main shops I'll get the error beast telling me I have to wait 5 seconds but special shops are another matter. So many doubles from Louis L'Amour, Quest Shop, New Year's Shop, Menagerie and Libertine. Since I paid for the item (twice!) I'm not about to delete. I've gotten used to it and rarely have more than what I need for the item I want in my Other Currencies Vault. It's an 'earn a point, spend a point' situation. Often I'll get a message stating I don't have enough of the currency to buy the item...which just happens to be sitting in my inventory. However, this bug has taken a new turn lately and it's driving me nuts. It's flipping more than one card at a time when I play Caliph's Tomb. I can see the one that quickly gets covered up and if it's the one I need I tend to get a little cross-eyed. I'm using Windows 7 and have very recently switched from Firefox to Chrome.
Edit: Forgot to mention Random. I'll click to play and I'll get a page that says I've already played. Not really a biggie but it does mean I can't key an alert. I have to check my on-hand points or my inventory to see what I won.
same issue, double-buying and forcing me to pay twice. too annoyed to make a ticket about this every time it happens because it literally always happens so mostly i just grin and bear it.
this has been happening for over a year and as far as i can tell it's not anything on my end as it happens across browsers and computers. it seems like something has gone wrong with the account itself.
