As someone who has been having billboards for my blog for years...it'd be great if I could have the option of changing the image for the billboard without having to submit a new billboard.

I would think it would work something like this:

1.) Pay some CSC

2.) Submit New Image for the Billboard

3.) While the New Image is being reviewed, the old image would be used if new impressions were added

4.) When the New Image is accepted the Old Image would be thrown out of the system
