I just noticed it's raining in Peka Park like it did after we defeated the Tempest. How long has that been going on?
More importantly, what do you think it means? :o

OH GOD, EVEN OATMEAL IS GETTING DRENCHED.
BUT THAT'S OK BECAUSE THIS IS THE HAPPIEST GOAT EVER AND HE DOESN'T EVEN CARE.
It means Oatmeal's getting wet :( Someone get that poor goat an umbrella!
I'm glad I'm not the only one seeing this, I thought I was going crazy or I just hadn't noticed it before.
- I'm pretty sure it just started raining today. Not sure what it means, maybe there will be something later on. Or it could just be regular rain, like sometimes it rains at festivals so it may have been added to for some variety. I kind of like it!
- Yeah, but you wouldn't really want rain at a big outdoor festival like this. I wonder if BotB will be delayed because of the storm? :x
I'm glad I see the rain, maybe Tempest comes in and gives out free hugs! :D (and an umbrella for Oatmeal! xD)
I've been wondering if Tempest might turn up. Wouldn't be a proper festival without a downpour, right? :)

What if we'll have to stop the area from flooding by using our ? 8D Of course, pure speculation on my part, but it sure would be neat. Like sandbags. But litter edition? idk lol
- Well of course you wouldn't want it to rain, but that's my point. Sometimes it does rain at festivals like this, and there isn't anything you can do about it. Maybe the Tempest is involved, or maybe it was just added to make it more realistic. Who knows ~
I just remembered that there are ponchos and boots in the fashion yurts. I guess they were foreshadowing this. :P
