I got this after granting a wish:

This is my first time granting a wish, so I'm not sure what was supposed to be there? I hope I didn't miss something important. The item is gone and I got the achievement ok, I just hope everything else was processed correctly. :x

I just got this as well. Bought the item with CSC and then went to turn it in. It said I gave it to the person as the screen shot above did, and it took the item away... yet when I go back to grant another wish it told me I still had the terratuga wish active and can't grant another one for 5 minutes. .... Did the person actually GET the item? ....... Seriously going to be upset if my CSC is gone and someone didn't actually get the item.

Update/Correction: Granted a wish again, no application error this time yet it's still making me wait the 5 minutes as if I haven't granted the wish. Not sure if this is just a cool down thing that wasn't carried out well or if that's a separate issue, as now I see that half mentioned elsewhere.

I didn't get the error, but I granted my chosen wish and it's still stuck on the timer for it. It's kind of annoying, not that there are many actually grantable wishes to see anyway (seriously, who the frick keeps asking for a SecondSkin?)
