I just did all fifteen, and didn't get a single one of Cinthia's quest-specific items, the ones that were supposed to have been moved to the Weekend Special Quests only. It's pretty unusual for her to not drop something in that time, at least is was back when she was doing it on a regular basis.

You might not be, I just got party time 6 times from Pete's quests, I think items are a bit messed up with questing.
