I spent CSC on this precious Neela, but I can't create something out of him. There's no inspiration and the ideas I have don't fit him, and even if they did fit him, I'm just neglecting him for my other pet, Adelai, who just won pet spotlight recently. ^_^

I would prefer that he stays a Sweetheart Neela, but it's not required to adopt him. Please send me an smail with your application, and know this... I spent out-of-pocket money on this guy, he's not going to just anyone.
