These little shits need to learn the consequences of their actions. Not only did they needlessly kill an animal, they brutally tortured it. Not satisfied with just death, it had to be a painful horrible death that the poor tortoise suffered greatly through. Lock those useless fucks up. Where were their parents their entire lives ? Were they never taught ? This is absolutely atrocious and was completely preventable.
