I entered all information needed, including my members, on the create a band page and hit Save Band. However, when I get to the preview, under Band Members, only my name and one other's show up.

When I go to the Band Image page, our HAs are floating in the air.

Have they accepted their invites?

When adding members to the band they need to accept the invite to join first. As for the floating part it sounds like you haven't arranged the HA's yet?

If you put their names in, they get an invitation to join your band, I don't know why they wouldn't be listed after that. I don't know about the images though, I'm not leader of my band and I can't edit it. Our HAs aren't even showing right now if I go to our image

I know I was the first to accept Invitation, so my Band showed only the leader besides me after I did. Members-to-be of our Band asked on our thread why they weren't there. When they did accept, they did show so it wasn't a only matter of them being Invited

My Band's leader must've set the images up differently, because all of us were able to move our images around. I think might ask her Leader about the absence of images, because in our Band all the images showed up in a stack to start with just like they did with yours, even before our Leader did anything. It would suck if the event started and it was a glitch on hers.

There's a note that says your leader has to approve you to edit the image, mine just hasn't given us the option, I don't think it's a glitch c:

Just the empty stage, but we haven't gotten our outfits down yet so we haven't done anything with it.

ah! There's still plenty of time, but the 20 July will come before you know it. You will find as we did that you will look a little bit different than what you'd expect against that background, so I think it's a good thing for at least your Leader try it out a rough draft, just to move things around and maybe show all-y'all some screenshots. Once you have seen what it's like, and who's where in relation to whom, you will be coming up with ideas that make you-all look better as a team and compliment each other who's ever sitting next to you, and be able to deal with overlaps.

As a f'rinstance, Vanishing Cream will show as a white rectangle, just like it does in the Masquerade, and full backdrops like yours will completely overlap whatever's behind them. Wings are going to be very sticky-outty.
