Once the event is over, will we still be able to keep our tickets? I ask because I like how the wrist band looks like and I'd like to keep it if possible.

Yes, you bought it, its yours. The rare times we get items we don't get to keep its an item(s) given to us during a plot. And when its given to us it comes with text saying something like "please give this to so and so."
