i just zapped may glacier pet into a glacier pet?? that sucks... i loose the tokens cause nothing is happend, is dissapointed... so or so, is just luck to get what u love, but i like to have a chance... is a bug, or is that normal? would be kindly if anybody answer. tysm*

it certainly is an expected possible result, but it's not very likely. You were unlucky. I doubt the zapper is broken.

If you want to be sure the color you want is possible, you might try to look at the Frequently Asked Questions in this very forum, where it says the things you need to do to get certain colors.

oh, that sounds good. tysm dear for kindly answer... think ths zapper is stressed, poor man..:)... is ok, bad luck, but ok. i just want to know if it was a bug, cause is the first time it was happend... if i want a special colour i can use a potion or what we need to get, but i like the surprise.. :) ...

if you want to check if others have found a bug on some feature of the site, you can go to the subforum Problems & Bugs. Usually if you are having a problem other people are having it too. I gave it a cursory glance and I'm not seeing any posts like that there.
