I love the trading center--but I don't like sending out false messages.
I have gotten comments before from traders asking why I declined their offer when in reality I accepted another offer. I hate to make waves and I feel like having an "accepted another offer" message come up instead of "declined your offer" (unless if was actually a declined offer) would help prevent making waves.

I would really appreciate this. I'm always confused when I get the "declined your offer" message, though I wouldn't comment someone to ask :x
This would be great. It would be obvious the item is sold, and there's no point looking for that trade to try making another offer. :)

I didn't even know that this happened. I definitely support the change. I don't trade much but some of the times I've tried and it turns out unsuccessful, I always wonder what I did wrong, especially when I offered what was asked for. Being told that another offer had been accepted would 'hurt my feelings' less. xD

Oh yeah, I like that! I never put much thought into it, but I guess it does only ever say they declined it. It would be really nice to have a separate explanation.
This idea came up a couple years ago. I was for it then, and I'm for it now!

Yes please, would make things much easier! I received some really nasty smails after 'declining' some offers by accepting others.

I'd like this. The declined message always makes me sad as if I did something wrong, when in reality I know the user most likely just accepted another offer.

Support this completely! I hate accepting an offer when I have multiple offers because I know the other people will get the "offer declined" message which is inaccurate...I didn't decline it, I just accepted the first offer sent in that matched what I asked for.
