Ooh Roseline is such a pretty name! Haha I had typed all this stuff out THEN had a story idea. So I'll start with that.

My idea is that maybe she could be someone who WANTS to be beautiful and feminine and well-liked, the kind of pet/person her name sounds like she'd be. But she's not traditionally beautiful, so she's looked down on by others. (OR if you wanted a more cheerful story, she might THINK she's not pretty enough because she's different, but her friends love her just the way she is.)

My species idea was Aeanoid because of the plant-based name, but the story idea would work with a lot of other species too. For color, to go with the name, I'd suggest Glade or Dawn (although I hope they redo the Dawn Aeanoid art soon). Or Sweetheart, but they're all so freakin' cute, that might not work with the story ^X^; Or if you wanted to go with more horror-based colors for the story, you could do Bloodred, Nightmare, Graveyard, or Dark Matter.

For treasure ideas... rose items of course, or like products she think would make her more beautiful... something like that?

Sorry for the rambling; I got a little carried away. As for Sherman... for some reason that name makes me think of turtles :3

I actually own a pet named Kazoo on another pet site so that name made me smile. I don't know if any of my character ideas would appeal to you, but I thought I'd share them and maybe they will help you come up with a character you like.

The first thing that comes to my mind with this name are those super-bright kazoos I used to get as party favors when I was a kid. I just think the name lends itself to a more childish, fun-loving character, maybe even a bit of a clown. He could also be a fun-loving musician, perhaps a member of a band that isn't just the usual guitar, drums, and keyboard but that specifically includes less commonly played instruments.

In my opinion bright colors suit this name. I actually think a field xotl is a great choice if you like that color/species combo because those bright reds/blues/greens are actaul colors of kazoos, though spectrum or blacklight may be other colors to consider.

The obvious TC would be a collection of kazoos. You could do other musical instruments, or if you like the child character idea perhaps you could form a treasure chest around the kind of items children collect at birthday parties.

Sherman would be the old janitor at the local high school. Someday, he is emptying a trash can and find an old journal written by a himself 35 years ago, when he was still as student at the same high school.

My idea would be that he is "absorbed" by one of his story, and he can rewrite his past over and over again.

Treasure wise? Old journals, torn pages, clock, time themed stuff, dusty books .. etc

I've actually just recently decided that he was going to be my little nerdy boy. :3

He's going to be in a relationship with another character of mine.

But that's a really cool idea.
