Okay so I bought Borderlands. It's a PC game and what not, role playing shooter game, etc. etc.

Anyways, not knowing the installation issues, I bought it the other day. I did not know what I was going to be dealing with.

When the installation gets to 0 seconds remaining and after SecuROM does it's thing, about 5 to 6 seconds later this error pops up. Error 1722. Apparently it has to do with Windows Installer. I've searched all over Google and done many things to try to fix this error but it's just not working.

I have a Vista 32-bit. Just some extra info that might be helpful.

My question is, can any of you guys help? Have any of you had this problem and were able to resolve it?
