I'm new here, so I'm not sure. But I know I saw somewhere on a sticky or on the rules that in my situation I should mail a staff...or did it say send it ticket? or does this matter? I just don't want to upset anyone ^^

Alright so I wasn't able to make an account for...a year or so. But somewhere in that time, early on, I remember that I referred a friend to this site because I thought she may enjoy the atmosphere. She's skeptical of virtual pet sites (heheh) so I kind of doubt she signed on to her own computer ip address ;-; I don't know if it was when I had a different computer (and so a different ip address) or what the username is, unfortunately, it was so long ago. But now that I am confirmed in the clear for making an account (this one) I don't want this referral to affect me any way.
