I purchased some CSC on Wednesday and after a while of not reciving it I made a ticket that was replied barely 24 hours after the purchase had been done. I provided the needed information and in those cases you are transferred to another User Admin that can check the status of the purchase (to make sure you actually did it) and then you are returned back to the first User Admin and get a response.

The ticket was re-assigned to the second User Admin just after the first for the status checking thing but I haven't gotten any reply afterwards and it's already Sunday.

Is there any way that the User Admin missed my ticket?

I am not making another ticket because I was told to be patient and not do it and something about tickets being replied in order but if my ticket has been already assigned to the new User Admin, well, that means it is my turn. Isn't it?

You could just reply to the ticket and ask if there are any updates, I wouldn't think it was likely that they just missed you but at least that way they could keep you in the loop.

- I had that happen to me and ended up waiting nearly a week before I got my csc back. Only thing to do is be patient. The user admin I got didn't work weekends and so my stuff wasn't processed until the next time they had online time. But they are well aware of your ticket, never had one get forgotten yet.

Thank you! That's good to know. It just came to me that for United-States-American people there was a holiday on July 4th so kind of makes sense that my user admin wouldn't work on weekends either (as this seemed to be a long one) ^_^ I hope I don't have to wait a week tho hahaha

I don't understand why stuff dealing with direct purchase of CSC isn't at the top of the priority list, as it means there are people in limbo for many days waiting to hear what's going to be done about their actual money purchases. There is less and less incentive to purchase CSC outright as there seems to be issues with it on a regular basis and staff can take days-week+ without adequately responding, or in this case, responding at all.
