I have a few questions about the legacy achievements. I was wondering if anyone knew what the BAWWWWW achievement was and how exactly you get it.

Unfortunately, you can't get them anymore. The Achievements used to be really different, much like Neo's, and when Subeta switched over to the current system, they retired the old ones, but allowed users who had unlocked them to keep them under 'Legacy'.
